I discovered the drool worthy blog Ming Makes Cupcakes yesterday at approximately 10:15 AM and at about 10:16 AM I was already thinking about when, where and how I was going to make one of the mouth-watering flavors on her site—which provides a recipe and picture for each one. I’ve never added a filling to any of my homemade cupcakes, but I’m definitely inspired to try it now after seeing the cream cheese frosting filled gingerbread flavor, which is a slam dunk in my book—the more frosting the better… pile-it-on. Needless to say, Ming is officially responsible for a raging sweet tooth I’ve had for almost 24 hours now. Thanks Ming!
