Riviera Club Autumn/Winter 2010 Lookbook

June 8, 2010
As I’ve mentioned before here and here, I’m a huge fan of the menswear line Riviera Club for many reasons. One, everything looks amazing on my boyfriend, two, their size small sweatshirts and button downs fit me, and three, the materials are top quality and extremely comfortable. Naturally, I was an eager beaver when it came to getting a sneak peek at their Autumn/Winter 2010 lookbook, which was inspired by some vintage photos of a “dry ski club”—a clever approach to the beachy line’s first winter collection. Lightweight pieces like The West Coast Pea Coat made with jersey, cotton cashmere shirt jackets, and a reversible Varsity Jacket (inspired by the dry ski team) are perfect for a mild, California winter. Not only are the photos and clothes amazing but the attention to detail goes further with vintage ski passes as garment tags.
