Later this afternoon I’ll be putting away the heels and throwing on my cowboy boots for a long weekend at a friend’s ranch outside of Vail, Colorado. I’m so excited for the days ahead which will include, going to a rodeo, fishing, riding horses, camping, playing on ATVs, hot tubbing and eating amazing food prepared by the on-site chef.
