There’s nothing more refreshing on a hot summer day than chilled water with a splash of lemon. I’ve been craving it so much during this recent heat wave, that I decided to take it to another level and make it that much easier to have instant lemon water by having lemon ice cubes in the freezer. And since my boyfriends parents live on a lemon orchard, we tend to have a never ending supply of homegrown lemons. I threw in some fresh mint from the garden for some extra flavor and the result was super refreshing.
