Thanksgiving Tabletop Finds

November 3, 2020

I’ve found that having any excuse to celebrate, be with family and set a beautiful table is like gold this year. I crave it, look forward to it and have found myself more inspired than ever to design a beautiful table. With Thanksgiving on the horizon I’ve already been planning our color scheme, deciding which tablecloth I might splurge on and saving recipes. I love all the earthy tones of fall so this feels like the ultimate time to pull together some new favorite finds.

This year I’m leaning towards golden shades, dried grasses and wood accents.

I have a slight obsession with beautiful wood cutting boards and white oak serving pieces. But I have yet to own a wooden cake platter and this one caught my eye!

Textiles are so much fun to play around with when it comes to tabletop. It completely changes the vibe and is so fun to incorporate a pattern or color into the room. Really loving everything by Heather Taylor, Maison de Vacances and Dana Haim.

While I love rustic elements on a table, incorporating soft hand dyed silk from Tono & Co is the perfect balance along with some wispy dried grasses or flowers.

One of the projects I have in mind to do with Elin is drying orange slices for decor and dessert garnish. She loves picking oranges together so I know this one will peak her interest. Incorporating cinnamon and making a garland not only looks pretty but smells amazing. Plus the burnt orange color looks so pretty with the wood accents.

One of my favorite discoveries has been Camilia Home on Etsy that has tapered candles in the best colors—I have honey in my cart for Thanksgiving.

Rounded up all my favorite finds here:
