Without a doubt Fall is one of the most fun seasons to dress for, even if you live in California! I’m a sucker for beautiful coats, chunky knits and oversized sweaters, layers and a classic boot. I could go on! It’s a season worth investing in because the classics are always relevant and well-made pieces will stick around for years! Nothing like new fall arrivals to instigate a tinge of shopping fever too. I’ve been browsing and thinking about what I might want to invest in this year and rounded up some favorites. 

I’ve certainly been gravitating towards that minimal yet cool vibe lately that Khaite, Nili Lotan and Toteme do so well… vintage or baggier denim which I can’t seem to get enough of… and have my eye on a new handbag—either the Khaite Lotus bag or YSL Carré shoulder bag.

I’ve been seeing a lot of leather and while I absolutely love my 8+ year old Anine Bing jacket, I might have to spring for a fresh one this fall. Seems like the prefect year to update the classic.
