Jasmine in the Air

My inner flower child has been coming out to play this week. I blame two things: this crocheted fringe sweater by Ulla Johnson (also comes in white, yes please) and the Jasmine that is currently covering our front fence like a blanket. It happens every year around this time, almost everyone who comes over (or randoms walking by) have to stop and inhale a good dose of the blooms—its that good. Sadly it only lasts about a month before the intoxicating perfume fades and the perfect white flowers start to brown. For this very reason I try to soak it in while the sweetness lasts and pick bunches of it to fill the house. Good thing the fringe sweater lasts all four seasons, its a keeper.
