I recently partnered with Ann Taylor and it dawned on me, Summer has always been by far my favorite season. For starters, there’s a sense of spontaneity in the air that evokes vacation and anything relating to it, which I absolutely love. Whether you’re actually headed to a tropical island, or just sticking an umbrella in your margarita on a Tuesday in your backyard, a wardrobe that reflects the mood is in order. The three pieces I consider absolutely necessary to have on hand for such days go something like this: a breezy dress that can take you from the pool to a cocktail party, nude sandals to dress up any summery look and finally a happy vacation-esque print that screams “I belong under a palm tree!” This Ann Taylor dress fits perfectly into my summer adventures and I can see it having longevity well into the fall. Side note: the structure couldn’t be better. The collar stays popped and the skirt dances around with the breeze adding a bit of romance to the look.
