Tradition seems to be the thing that makes the Holidays so special for everyone. Whether its gathering around the table, making grandma’s sugar cookie recipe or staying in your jammies all day, the little things have a way of bringing back the magic of the season. In my family we never forget the power of a good stocking stuffer. We sneak in little things (sometimes total gag gifts) but the fun of waking up to an overflowing stocking quickly takes me back to my childhood and that sweet moment of surprise.
The thing I secretly hope to find in my red and white knit stocking is a pair of sunnies—easily the best gift, I mean it’s the perfect size! And one can never own too many frames or options, a pair of sunnies can set the whole vibe and mood of your look. I recently discovered rag & bone’s collection of sunglasses in collaboration with Vuarnet and I’m all about the classic shapes and playful lenses that you can choose from. And they also have a unisex sensibility to them, which is convenient for Todd and so in line with rag & bone’s cool factor. I’ve been a longtime lover of the brand because everything I buy seems to have longevity and a sense of timelessness in my wardrobe. I still have pieces that I absolutely love from five years ago, its that good.
I’m wearing The Cable Car here, but I wouldn’t mind Santa dropping in a pair of The District—in tortoise please!
