When I put on this outfit not too long ago, it was to run some errands and shoot one of my favorite taco spots for this story—The Best Mexican Food Spots in Santa Barbara. We had a little time to kill while waiting for Corazon Cocina doors to open (hence a semi hangry look) so we snapped a few shots of my casual summer look, which has quickly become my uniform these days and here’s why.
Give me all the blousy, breezy white tops for summer. I’ve been living in them on warm days for pretty much any occasion from beach trips to dinner at a favorite sushi joint. But this one, this one is special. The super duper soft fabric, the shape, neckline, slightly sheerness and tassels make it my all-time favorite—I think I need two just in case. Side note: it comes in a dress version too! The half-bohemian half-feminine feel of it is a perfect combination with some distressed, frayed jeans and muted slides. I’ll be wearing this all summer long and eating tacos of course.
