Nothing feels better to me than a change of season. It invites a refresh in all departments, what we wear, do, eat and always feels like a new chapter in ways. I look forward to Fall every year for so many reasons. I love the colors that start changing in nature, the golden afternoon light and of course classic plaid prints.

Ann Taylor recently launched their Modern Plaid capsule collection and after spotting this plaid on plaid look I immediately got inspired and excited for all the Fall fun to set in. One reason I’ve always been drawn to the print is that it has a timeless masculine vibe to it. Just like the 1964 Porche Todd and I borrow occasionally from his parents for date nights. This look felt like it was made to go for a ride in the Porche, so we took both for a little spin.
