Sunny days, tan skin, warm nights and vacations on the horizon… if you ask me there’s no better time to refresh the lingerie drawer. I recently did a mini overhaul on mine and discovered a few things  that my feminine side was loving and missing. 

Here are some intimate secrets and essentials I’ve found to be must-haves…

Bralettes and bras… you can never have too many. I picked up a few at Nordstrom that I absolutely love. I chose an array of colors and lace to let peek through sheer tops or loose tanks. And the incredibly sweet salesgirls helped me re-evaluate my size by properly measuring me—turns out I’ve been wearing the wrong size for years now!

Teddy’s and chemises… nothing makes you feel more feminine that something beautiful to sleep in. Plus it keeps your bed buddy on their toes.

Robes… a true luxury after a long day or a hot bath. Worth every penny.

Black bras… I wear my black bras more than any other in my intimates drawer. There’s something undeniably modern and cool about a dark lacy piece under something white or sheer.

Care for your delicates… there’s nothing worse than ruining a beautiful piece of lingerie in the wash. Most pieces should be hand washed or thrown in a lingerie bag to keep it from getting stretched out or caught on anything. Always dry flat.
