I have a notorious sweet tooth that is uncontrollable at times, especially in the afternoon. Everyday around 2 pm, like clockwork, I’ll get a severe need for a cookie or something with chocolate. And should there be a celebration, birthday or some endless offering of free sugar… clear the decks folks, we may have a problem. So lately I’ve been trying to curb my sweet tooth with a semi sweet, partially healthy, snack. The other day in an effort to avoid the deadly afternoon craving, I whipped up some bananas, non-fat yogurt and agave nectar sprinkled with cinnamon and a few chocolate chips. It was just what my sweet tooth needed.
