Turkey Day Favorite: Brussel Sprouts

Last year I came across this recipe in one of my favorite new magazines, Whole Living, and made it for Thanksgiving and boy was it a hit. It’s become one of my favorite dishes to make during the fall and winter months because it’s simple, quick and incredibly tasty. The combination of sweet grapes, crunchy walnuts (I used candied walnuts) and toasted brussel sprouts is perfection. My tips: splurge on extra large organic grapes and overcook the brussel sprouts just a tad so that the leaves are crunchy on the outside.
