Nothing beats a getaway to Palm Springs in October. It’s by far my favorite time of year to jet out for a long weekend of sunshine and R&R—the weather is perfect, the crowd is minimal and there’s something undeniably perfect about the light and mood. With this being our last month just the two of us before baby comes we decided to escape our daily grind and soak in this sweet time. Our first stop was to the classic Parker Palm Springs, a place I’ve visited many times but never actually checked into. I loved every moment of our two-night stay and am still gushing over the decor that is quintessential Palm Springs—oh and I want an orange front door now. Here’s a peek at some highlights from our stay.
{ Giant tangerine colored doors at the entrance. }
{ Tons of vintage shots I could not get enough of. }{ Relaxing in sun at at the bocce ball courts. Tart dress, Gladys Tamez wren hat, Celine sunglasses (similar). }{ Norma’s, home to the best donut holes and crunchy french toast. }{ A book that was too perfect to devour during our stay—Bringing up Bebe. }{ An easy cover up from Eberjey that flattered the bump. Cover up in a different print here, Loeffler Randall Rider bag, Gladys Tamez hat, Celine sunglasses (similar). } { My 35 week bump! Bikini by LSpace, Valia Gabriel sandals. } { A favorite lip shade, Audrey by Nars, to go with my tan. }{ Completely obsessed with these chairs that I will hunt down some day. }
