Over the weekend Todd and I went to a Sophie James Wine dinner at Bell’s in Los Alamos—who by the way just made national news for being one of the best restaurants in the country, definitely worth the hype. I don’t know what I was more excited about, having a much needed date night with Todd, the amazing wine and food or getting to wear my new Totême boots. It felt like the perfect break between all the crazy Halloween happenings with the kids. 

But back to the boots – ha! I’ve been eyeing these boots for awhile and wanted a flat boot to wear with dresses as we move into the Holiday season and I couldn’t be happier with this splurgy purchase. They feel luxurious and I love the shape of the toe, they feel classic yet cool. As someone who doesn’t wear heals too often, this felt like a shoe I’ll be able to dress up and wear all winter long.
